Verification and Review
Before any report is released, results undergo multiple levels of review by certified laboratory technologists and medical directors. Every test is cross-checked against quality control data and validated reference ranges to confirm accuracy. If any irregularities appear, the sample is re-tested to ensure complete confidence in the findings.
Secure Digital Reporting
Once verified, results are transmitted through our encrypted online portal or integrated directly into your clinic’s electronic medical record (EMR) system. Providers can access reports 24/7, track test status, and download or print final results at any time. For added protection, all data is stored within secure, HIPAA-compliant systems with strict access controls.
Turnaround Time and Notifications
Most routine tests are completed and reported within 24 to 48 hours of specimen receipt. Specialized or molecular tests may require additional processing time, but updates and status notifications are provided automatically. Critical or abnormal results are flagged and immediately communicated to the ordering provider via direct phone or secure message to ensure prompt clinical action.
